Student Event 2019

Working alongside the Coventry University Student Union to bring the 2019 Student Event allowed us to target a wealth of new arrivals to Coventry University and helped us understand what the students wanted from the event. Alongside the fantastic discounts, offers, free samples and goodie bags on offer from our businesses we ensured everyone was covered with additional stalls in Broadgate alongside fairground rides, and entertainment in Lower Precinct and West Orchard.

Nearly 4,000 wristbands were handed out prior to the event with a post event survey stating 30% of participants spent between £50-£200.

As part of the evening, we also attempted a world record for most Nationalities in a Conga. Although sadly not successful it highlighted the fantastic diversity within Coventry, and everyone involved thoroughly enjoyed the night.
