Covid Support – Grant meetings, additional BID Bites

We have been supporting our BID Businesses throughout lockdown by running regular COVID grant workshops alongside Coventry City Council’s Business Rates Team. We have helped businesses to understand and access the grants that were available and supported them throughout the application process. We have also increased the number of BID Bites newsletters over this period to ensure the most up to date information is communicated at all times. Coventry BID partnered with the Midlands Virus Fogging, Revitalise Blind Cleaning and Objectivity with Really Simple Queuing in order to assist with ensuring a COVID-safe environment in the workplace. Throughout the pandemic the BID have also created blogs to ensure up to date information reaches the customers to the city centre including those who participated in the Eat Out To Help Out campaign.
