Milligan has been appointed by Hill Group UK as commercial leasing partner for City Centre South, an exciting and ambitious large-scale city centre regeneration project.

The transformational scheme plans to deliver almost 1,600 new homes alongside retail, leisure, food and drink, and community spaces. Reshaping a huge part of Coventry city centre, the project builds on more than £750 million of investment that’s already transformed the city centre to a younger, greener and more modern space.

With the future of City Centre South playing a key role in its growth, Coventry continues to attract investment, businesses, and residents and this development will support this by creating an entirely new neighbourhood while strengthening the existing city centre.
