As Chief Executive of Coventry BID, she has established a reputation as one of the most effective and influential figures in the industry, known for transforming strategic vision into measurable outcomes.

    With ability to bring people together and inspire action, Joanne combines strong commercial acumen with a collaborative, forward-thinking approach. She is highly respected for her ability to navigate complex challenges, forge powerful connections across sectors, and create innovative solutions that make a real difference to the businesses and communities she serves.

  • Kavita Chauhan

    Kavita Chauhan

    Senior Administration Officer

    With extensive experience in customer-facing roles, Kavita brings excellent communication and organisational skills to the team. She manages our CRM system, coordinates bookings for courses and training sessions — including ACT training, Best Bar None workshops, and other meetings — and supports day-to-day communication with our levy payers.

    Kavita also oversees all radio equipment provided by the BID to our levy members, ensuring it remains in excellent working order.

    She holds both a Certificate in BID Management and a Diploma in BID Leadership, offering valuable expertise and a proactive approach to everything she does.

  • Stuart Grainger

    Stuart Grainger

    Security Manager

    With over 27 years’ experience across security, emergency response, and customer service, Stuart brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to his role. His career has taken him through key sectors including the HM Prison Service, retail security management, and the hospitality industry.

    For 14 years, Stuart also volunteered on the frontline as a First Responder with the West Midlands Ambulance Service, demonstrating his commitment to helping others and performing under pressure.

    This diverse background has given Stuart exceptional skills in crisis management, team leadership, and working with the public — making him a calm, reliable, and adaptable professional, dedicated to keeping people safe.

    Jaycee Snow

    Administrative Assisitant

    As the first point of contact in the office, Jaycee brings a warm, approachable presence to every interaction. In her role as Administrative Assistant, she ensures the team stays organised and supported day to day. From preparing meeting rooms and managing schedules to taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing them promptly, she keeps everything running behind the scenes with calm efficiency.
    Jaycee joined the team after completing her A levels in Biology, English Language, and Psychology, and is currently undertaking a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. Through this, she continues to develop her skills in communication, organisation, and office management. Known for her reliability, friendliness, and attention to detail, she helps create a smooth, professional environment where the team can thrive.

    Graham Schofield

    Business-Liaison Manager

    With over 37 years in retail, including 27 at Tesco, Graham brings extensive leadership experience and a passion for supporting businesses. He has held senior roles across various departments, including product, service, and safety, and has led impactful projects such as the rollout of CCTV, biometric systems, Body Worn Cameras, and personal safety programs.

     

    Graham is known for his strong people skills, proactive approach, and ability to deliver practical solutions that enhance team performance and workplace culture. As Business Liaison Manager, he uses his wealth of experience to listen, guide, and support levy-paying businesses, helping them to grow, develop, and thrive.
